# Positions	REQUIRED SKILLS: ü  At least 5 years experience of COBOL programming and SQL database technologies ü  Experience of facilitating COBOL applications conversion to other programming languages ü  Ability to understand existing COBOL code and create documentation of COBOL code functionality ü  Experience with tools that allow extraction of business logic from COBOL code or translation of COBOL into Java language ü  Experience of creating technical documentation, and detailed specifications ü  Experience of designing database model and writing SQL statements ü  Ability to figure out solution options with minimal guidance ü  Work planning and execution skills
