Pt's cc is the long-term survival of #9. She wants to keep it.

Caries developed (inevitably) on #9, resulting in RCT being performed. I advised her of the high probability of recurrent caries, and hence advised ext as a possible option. Pt would rather straighten teeth into a better position to prevent further problems.

What do you think? Can I drag #11 into the correct position? How long would this take? Any particular tips for me.
