I've taken out many thousands off teeth I guess and have had a few dry sockets.  My then associate was using Avelogyl prophylactically.  That I stopped.  That stuff is still the absolute best medicament around for dry sockets.  It is essentially instant relief.  I'll keep using it as long as I can get it.  Guy

I can see benefit as far as quicker resolution due to stimulation of the healing process, but as far as relatively-immediate pain relief ala Alveologyl or eugenol-impregnated gauze, are you seeing that with ozonated oil-saturated gel foam?

Avelogyl by Septodont.....FDA took it off the market a few years ago but Canada and most other Countries still approve....think it had something regarding an extract from a protected fern.  Find a DDS Canadian friend as I did.  Its like magic.
