I will say I had to refund part of a Kor case.  This nice lady had a pfm on #9 that was whiter than her other teeth.  9 had a huge post and I did not want to redo the crown and my endo guy did not like it either.  We did the first part with the Kor whitening at home and the teeth were so white just from that I was scared the chairside whitening would make the other teeth too white.  I just gave her some money back because I never had to open the material for the chairside so my costs were lower.  We have tackled Tetracycline cases also and the color is still nice 2 years later.

I do offer half their investment towards KoR should they choose to upgrade.
 
But nobody is EVER disappointed with KoR.  But it IS expensive and time consuming, so I don't whiten as often as the office that gives it away for free "for new patients".  which is fine.
