Job Title: Business Analyst (5 Year exp on Health Care)
Location: Warwick, RI
Duration: 12+ Month
Rate: $40/hr MAX
Job Description:
Required Skill set:
1. Healthcare business processes, specifically focused on Medicaid and Medicare
2. Analyze and document current business processes and new processes to solve complex Healthcare initiatives
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills interfacing at all client management levels
Responsibilities:
Provide business domain solutions, process, business case and change consulting to external client at functional and senior management level, on a chargeable basis.
The business domain includes Healthcare business processes, specifically focused on Medicaid and Medicare.
Help the client innovate and formulate business solutions and technology enabled business models and new ways of doing business to create breakthrough positions in the marketplace.
Analyze and document current business processes and new processes to solve complex Healthcare initiatives.
Explains how and where technology can be used to address key business processes in a particular domain.
Interfaces with the technical team to ensure designs are understood and properly implemented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills interfacing at all client management levels. Master: Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge (Healthcare) including technologies, theories, or techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful.
Provides highly innovated solutions. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.
Develops strategy and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects the affect the organizations long term goals and objectives.
May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams.
8 years experience in Healthcare.
Background in strategy formulation, process design, and information modeling.
Broad industry and commercial experience.
Broad understanding of core business processes of focused domain.
Advanced Educational degree preferred.
Is recognized in the marketplace for his/her expertise and ability to design an integrated solution across a business solution area.
