   Location: West Des Moines, IA

   Duration: 6+ months Contract + extension

Job Description:

 

Ideally candidates need to be local to Des Moines or in the Midwest. 

We are in pursuit of a seasoned Business Analyst to join this team. The BA is responsible for defining and documenting the processes being used by the project.

 

This job involves the following responsibilities:

* management of change requests for functionality already in production

* customizations for an out of the box solution

* helping to define and implement the agile methodology within the program

 

What we need from you:

 

Experienced BA with strong understanding of formal project life cycle and Agile methodology. 

Experience using JIRA a plus. 

Proficient in process analysis and documentation

* Workers' Compensation or other P&C background a plus
