JD:

·         Salesforce.com (5+ years)

·         Service Cloud objects (2+ years)

·         Realtime (or near realtime) Integration/Interfaces definition (requirements) to/from SFDC (WebSphere is the standard)

·         Business Analysis for modifications to out of the box objects (Case object is primary, Account/Contacts secondary) and development of new custom objects, Visual force pages, Apex logic, triggers and field validation

·         Financial Services Industry background

·         Payments experience a plus (credit, debit cards, merchant POS,)

·         Web Services definition
