Skills Required and Job Description:

Job Description MUST have experience with Veeva CRM technology implementations and iRep is a PLUS; and strong understanding of Salesforce.com is required. MUST have previous Strong IT Business Analyst experience. Serve as a tactical IT liaison to the US sales force and field operations business unit, through maintaining a partnership.  Ensure of solution delivery meets business need and expectation through business requirement gathering. Gather business needs and document requirements for the technical team and collaborate to develop technical requirements and solutions. Strong project management and solution delivery experience. Previous Bio/Pharma experience dealing with field forces such as Sales teams, Thought Leader Liaisons, etc. is STRONGLY preferred.
