RE: KHATI KHATI ( Cameroon Delicacy ) MADE IN MINNESOTA.

THURSDAY, APRIL 28, 2016

Cameroonian makes a name and a brand in the USA with local Khati Khati delicacy

At the start of 2016, many ministers of God through out the world raised their voices to speak prophesies about the year. From South Africa to Greenland and all over the world, these propesies could be summarized to state "our youth who think always of traveling, night clubs and shopping should use the money to go in business of any restaurant or foodstuff or any other business because in the business, God will bless them. They will achieve greatness by doing business or doing something profitable to themselves. Donald is an example of such a success story .

When Donald DonPrince, the CEO and founder at khati khati company ltd came to the U.S.A in 2010, he lived with his Aunt, Celestina Waindim in St Michael, Minnesota.

His aunt greatly loved cooking and was a specialist in this delicious Cameroon dish named khati-khati. Her friends as well as her husband's and others used to drive long distances just to come and eat khati khati in her place for free.

His aunt's husband would take him around the farms looking for chicken to buy for the preparation of this dish. He realized how important it was and how much people loved the hard smoked chicken.

He then decided to start a small enterprise which he originally ran part-time. This is a business built on personality. He literally took it over from his aunt's husband saving him from running around dashing from one store to another.

Donald DonPrince knew getting consumers to buy a chicken or ten would take a lot of persuasion, which demands passion and will power.

Even with the difficulties that start-ups face all over the world, Donald was determined to stand up to the challenge and transform this delicacy from his native Kom in Cameroon into a household name and potential money-making venture millions of miles away in America, the land of opportunity.

As is the case with every situation where hard work and determination are combined with a vision, Khati Khati Company ltd has undoubtedly known great success with an ever increasing demand from the large Cameroonian and African population in all 50 states of America.

With diligence, Donald keeps expanding his customer base which currently includes an impressive 10.000 people.
Needless to say, such large demand requires a corresponding increase in commitment from the young entrepreneur and he continuously stands up to the task, always working hard and extra-time to make sure his customers' stomachs constantly remain happy organs.

To him, satisfaction in business rests primarily with his customers being served on time and with good quality.
Back in the country where it originates, Khati Khati remains a delicacy requiring skillful preparation to meet the needs of consumers.

Donald has mastered all the skills necessary to transform chicken into a unique taste and flavor that encompasses what Khati Khati is all about. In doing so, he becomes pioneer in taking it from the obscurities in Cameroon into the international spotlight with the result that people from many different races now consider it a relevant part of their routine menu.

At a time when most Africans in America yearn for their culture which more often than not stays back in their home countries, Donald is being recognized as a champion who sees the importance of exposing his culture with pride through food to the entire world.

Faced with the challenges of timely delivery to all 50 states in America, Donald makes use of the US Postal Services to do timely deliveries and leaves his customers completely satisfied. He also has not been out of the media spotlight as he has been profiled by several reputable news media including the Cameroon Radio Television Corporation which granted him an interview in recognition of his exploits.

At his age, Donald remains a great model to many of his peers. He is a good example of someone who made his passion and talent into a profession and sends the message to others that success is sometimes just at hand and requires only courage and determination to reach out and grab it.

With all achievements so far, he still considers himself at the base of the ladder. He hopes to expand the business until khati khati becomes a household name in America and joins the other delicacies that Americans are so proud of.
