Cameroon: Cavaye Yeguie Djibril and Marcel niat Njifendji summon MPs and senators for a new parliamentary session

In two separate statements issued yesterday Saturday, May 28, 2016, Cavaye Yeguie Djibril, President of the National Assembly and Marcel niat Njifendji Senate President, have summon MPs and senators June 2, 2016, the date for the opening of Parliament in the second ordinary session in the legislative 2016.
The Senate is convened for Thursday, 2nd of June,2016 at 4pm while the lower house will be held the same day in the morning. Parliamentarians will be resuming two months of service after the close of the first ordinary session held in March and April 2016.There are background speculations on a possible revision of the Constitution in view of the next presidential election. The main agenda of this coming reunion have not been meet public.
