Position: IT - Voice / Data Network Consultant - ICM / Genesys Scripting Analyst

Location: Hartford, CT

Duration: 6+ months

Interview: Phone then Skype

 

USC/GC Only

 

IDEAL BACKGROUND: Orchestration Server – created by Genesys. Someone with a Cisco ICM scripting background or Genesys standard routing scripting experience will translate well.

*** NOT looking for someone that is just a data technician (ex: Cisco data switch).

DAY-TO-DAY: Good amount of business operations facing role – clarifying requirements, scripting based on business requirements, let the business test before it goes live to see what caller experience would be, testing sign off.
