Required Experience and Technical Skills:
We are looking for an end user computing(EUC) technical resource with primary skills as VMware VDI and secondary skills as Desktop Engineering, Collaboration.. Below are the details:
Manage critical VDI environment end-to-end
VMware Horizen view technology stack with Appvolume/Appstack and UEM
VMware NSX - Distributed firewall for micro-segmentation
Work on projects to onboard additional users on VDI environment, upgrades etc
Manage Desktop Backup as a service
EMC Mozy
Act as a technical liaison between multiple vendors and client for EUC related issues - Desktop Engineering, O365, Messaging
