FACETS Systems Analyst 

Location –MN/AZ/CA

Duration – 6+ months

Rate - Open

3 to 5 years of experience in a Facets Systems Analyst role

•             Experience using software development life-cycle methodology like (such as Agile, Kanban, RUP )

•             Proven ability to manage complex technology projects

•             5+ years of FACETS System Analysis and Systems and/or Configuration experience.

•             5 + years of healthcare insurance industry experiences

•             In depth- understanding of FACETS modules and system architecture.

•             5+ years of writing system requirements.

•             Knowledge of the Software(System) Development Life Cycle

•             Experience facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions

•             Experience translating business requirements into detail technical solutions project briefs.

•             Work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
