Fwd: [MTC Global] English is just a language

Thank you Prof Virendra Goel sir.

You are welcome Vijay Samala.

Most of the employees & working professionals  run into problems with jobs & professions owing to lack of
focus in what they are doing.

Dear Sir,
Greetings of the day!!!!
Thanks for writing to us - a very valid point - "Stop English Obsession" and use it as Language - depending on the job we do and we need to act accordingly.
"English is not a priority & one can build an excellent career with some spoken English & written communication"

Knowledge of the JOB  we are doing is Important and the JOB's responsibility need to be upheld with dignity - lots of integrity and Ethics. -- THE LEARNING TO GEN X--
Thank you & Good day Sir.
@VijayChaitanyam.

With Regards,
Vijay  Chaitanyam Kumar Samala.

Let us say Full Stop to English Obsession !

Firstly, we must reflect & act on what is going on in the industry & the world around. An MBA/ PGDM student must have clarity on which profession or job he or she seeking. In fields like Journalism, Teaching, select Corporate jobs, Hospitality industry & some services sectors, English proficiency & fluency is a must. It is non negotiable. So they need to analyse themselves whether they are really good at English language - before the world evaluates them,

In all other professionals including some MNC companies, English is not a priority & one can build an excellent career with some spoken English
& written communication. Most of the It pros are just about average in English comm. Because the jobs teaches the rest.

Motivating students from rural areas & scaling them up in English is a parallel activity & should not be linked to the progress made by our prospective managers who are getting transformed into global professionals. Teachers , Professors, Principals, Omners & Chairmen of Management & Higher educational institutions are more worried about their " students English comm  " than, the great students themselves.

Recently I met a sitting Member of Parliament & he also states the the students need to improve communication skills. No wonder, we have many jokers around as politicians.

Management colleges must teach Management - not deliberate, dissect, disseminate & diffuse English. What was the student doing till age 16, that all of a sudden English has become so important for success.

Let MTC G focus more on Management & take it up as a slogan & deliberate - certainly not English.
Only then, India will race ahead of many fast growing economies.

Dear Esteem Members,

English is just a language not a knowledge.

A good Video which highlights our exchange of mails for the past one week.

We need it to communicate -to read - to write - to communicate to ourselves.
It is very important to us.

Ages may pass by -English  can never replace our Indian Languages.

Indians who speak Indian Languages need English to communicate among ourselves.

We do it with Hindi to communicate - at the same time we need English too - to communicate.

After reading all the mails I feel that - I am illliterate  and a literate who can read write only English.

Good Night Folks
@VijayChaitanyam.
