Duration: 10/07/16 to 12/31/2016 (as per Sow 3 months. But the engagement is for a yr at least)

 

JD for the skill is given below:

1. A strong QTC resource on site, who has a lot of experience in User exists and customization.

2. Good knowledge Integration with SD, MM , PP .

3. Should have knowledge in Service Now Ticketing tool

4. SAP Support work ( Ticket resolution, Defect fixing, Analyzing and providing RCA )
