SAP MDM BUSINESS ANALYST


Location : Mason, MI

Duration : 6 month C2H position

MOI : F2F or Skype

VISA :USC and GC only


 

 

Solid understanding of SAP Master Data Mangement  –

- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with SAP MDM
- Cross Functional Familiarity of multiple SCM processes
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally

1. Someone who knows the MDM space
2. People skill because they will be working hand and hand with the business. Must be able to solicit people and come up with solutions. This is actually the main screening point.
3. Developing process flows, soliciting requirements and translating that back to the ERP team or non-ERP team. 

Job Description:

 

This role is to backfill the person we placed in the original BRM MDM role who accepted a new role. We must find someone looking for a long-term home.


This person will be the liaison between the IT techie folks and their business peers. The advocate for the business and help them to prioritize to help solve the problems they are looking to solve. They facilitate conversations across multiple functions. Currently has BRM's representing specific parts of the business and each business has at least one EA to contact directly. They encourage them to understand and submit the request to the service desk and if nothing is broken they then prioritize and help determine what the value/enhancement is. They then deliver in their stakeholder awareness meeting and look at everything requested and then order as to the importance and then go to work, typically look to prioritize 20 a month 

Business Relationship Managers build and maintain positive relationships with our business stakeholders – both leadership and subject matter experts.

 

They are the primary liaison between IT and the Business.

 

Working alongside their Business Peers, the Business Relationship Manager participates in the identification of the needs of Client and ensures that appropriate technology or services are developed to meet those needs. He or she will have the ability to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the needs of business stakeholders.

 

This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.

 

This individual will develop a good understanding of Clients' business and production practices and evaluate projects to determine the return on investment and make recommendations based on his or her evaluation.

 

He or she will also work with corporate and production management and keep the Director of Business Relationship Management and other IT leaders apprised of outcomes.
