Experience
We're looking for someone who's done some web development but is more interested in becoming a JavaScript engineer than a web designer.
We're looking for a problem solver who's comfortable coding up simple algorithms from scratch quickly without having to Google the answer.
Day
Your typical day will consist of 25% communication, 50% JavaScript coding, and 25% HTML and CSS work.
You'll be working mostly with browser JavaScript—modular JavaScript using AMD (Asynchronous Module Definition), AJAX, JSON, DOM manipulation, event handling, designing reusable components with JavaScript and CSS—with some occasional server side JavaScript using NodeJS.
You care about code quality and about how to write code in a way that doesn't cause future headaches.
Benefits
You'll learn HTML5, JSON, Dojo, NodeJS, Jenkins, and SVN.
We'll teach you lots of tips and tricks for software like Chrome developer tools, Sublime Text, Fiddler, and Virtual Box.
