As the struggle for the restoration of Southern Cameroons independence intensifies and progresses, suffice it to say that Southern Cameroonians have literally crossed the Rubicon. There is no going back to the hell hole we have lived in for 56 years. To the apologists, what does it take to say, enough is enough? And to those who continue to trumpet the vacuous slogan of "unity," I dare say that there is really no true basis for unity between Southern Cameroons and la Republique du Cameroun. Thus, what does it take for the brick heads to realize this? And, who wants to live in a polity devoid of freedom of expression, both written and verbal, and where the government is all encompassing, and mediocrity, mendacity, and incorrigible malfeasance, are the modus operandi, and people cannot be free thinkers, and be able to debate ideas and issues openly, freely, and critically without fear of running afoul of Napoleonic authoritarianism? We had such a free wheeling system in our country, Southern/West Cameroon and were tragically robbed of it by the francophone. So, who wants to return to a state of indentured servitude? I really want to know!
