Re: [MECA-MN] Fw: [Cameroon Vision] LET SCHOOLS RESUME IN SEPTEMBER. Nchem Rudolf...

I believe LRC ratified the Universal Declaration of Human rights which in its Art 26 states

"Article 26.

(1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.

(2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
(3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children"
It is true that LRC violates all rights but they can't go away with this one.

Those who went to school, graduated and are now roaming the streets; what have they got to show off? For the fact that some of you were opportuned with privileges to become what you are today, not everyone was born with a golden spoon. Not everyone had a director or minister in the family to be given a job, academic backgrounds
notwithstanding. Lest I forget, is Southern Cameroons the only or will remain the only country to skip school in the fight for a better future for her population that has been marginalized for more than half a century? If there's anyone out there who doesn't have a thing to offer towards this struggle because he/she benefited from the corrupt system, please refrain from taunting postings that will flair anger. Let sleeping dogs lye. Thank you.

Nchem Rudolf is perfectly correct. We can not deny our children the possibilities of
becoming engineers, doctors, lawyers because we need federalism be it 10 state
or 2 states.
How are we going to compensate these children who will end up roaming the street
because they have nothing to offer professionally or the academia.
We should think and give these children a chance to develop their God given talents.
Thanks
Prince Peter Ashu Kima.

Let's also hear from you the other means we can use to continue the struggle.

1)We go to the streets to demonstrate...... You get killed by their army
2)We vote they rig the vote in their favour
3) Federation, they say NO
4) Dialogue Biya says  NO
Mr Nchem Rudolf you can carry you and family, cross the Mungo River and enslave you and your family to " THEM ".

In September let schools resume and let lawyers return to court. The anglophone Cameroonian is facing neocolonialism and attempted assimilation from francophones. Despite a few gains made the situation remains largely unchanged . However we cannot continue to sacrifice the education of our children for another school year. The struggle must continue but let children who are in school have a chance to also become intellectuals like many of you in this forum. We can demonstrate, we can match, we can vote against parties opposed to the anglophone cause, we can press for federalism. In my opinion the formation of a separate independent Southern Cameroons state shall be accompanied by civil war and bloodshed. Africans don't recognize the self determination of peoples. If they did, millions would not have died in Biafra, Eritrea and Southern Sudan. Let us think of other means of continuing thus battle.   Like Comment
