Sir, I believe skills don't exist in vacuum. The skills directly connected with applying
them for economic gain and this means employment of people. As Mr Khanna has said,
registering the large number of MSMEs will reveal what kind of skills are being utilized
in their operations. A comparative analysis with how such operations are conducted in the
more developed countries will reveal where such gaps exist.
