Loans are not a sustainable way to support Higher Education. A burden on , graduates and the public.
Higher Education are very essential for continuous growth- Enhances Knowledge , facilitates skill building and placement.
For growth, higher education is important , because HE transforms society from Unorganized sector to organized sector, by continuous learning and teaching. Today on one side we speak of quality teachers and other side dearth for it .HE broods growth of learning and teaching. Hence funding by any proper means are important .And state funding should take responsibility either thro' subsidy or grants for HE thro' taxation.
Govt. has certainly solution with active participation by Corporate - Tata, Reliance,Infosys,Wipros,Microsoft,Intel ,ONGC,..........
