Re: Cavaye Prevents 'Anglophone' from Addressing Parliament

Chief Taku,
My surprise is that you are surprised ; about the nature and conduct of the Camerounian national assemly and the contemptuous treatment of Ayah Abine. Is the answer to this issue not in the fact that this legislature is a rubber stamp of the will of an imperial dictator and as such MP Ayah from an annexed territory has no rights that the Speaker of the Assemly is bound to respect? Does Ayah not know that as a token representative like those from former French colonies and trust territories he has no citizenship rights that the colonial master is bounf to respect.? Many inclufing my humble self have drawn your royal learned friend attention to this stubborn fact - in vain. Hopefully his National Strategic team will enable him acquire citizenship and consequently equal protection as a lawmaker and presidential candidate. As a naturalized citizen could he be allowed equal treatment in the legislature and candidature for the life president's job7 Has he not got what he deserves, in another man's land?
