| Required Skills:
· Must have a minimum of 3 yrs of hands on Cognos upgrading experience · Must have experience upgrading Cognos 8 to 10 · Experience in BI & Data Warehousing, generating Olap reports using Cognos Enterprise Suite 10.2/10.1/8.x/7.x · Expertise in analyzing the Business Intelligence needs of the enterprise and building the enterprise reporting architecture · Experience designing and developing interactive Active Reports and Dashboards using Report Studio and Business Insight Advance/ Cognos Workspace Advance · Must have the ability to provide guidance on system administration best practices
Desired Skills:
· 5 plus years with professional IT experience in BI & Data Warehousing, generating Olap reports using Cognos Enterprise Suite 10.2/10.1/8.x/7.x · Highly preferred to have experience in the following: (Report studio, Business Insight/Cognos Workspace, Business Insight Advance/Cognos Workspace Advance, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, Framework Manager, Transformer).
Description of Role/Responsibilities:
Additional Information: This is ramping up for their Cognos 10 upgrade - already has 3 people that are full time cognos resources but will need at least two more. This product upgrade is going to parallel with another group on the software development side. |
