Business Analyst with Insurance and Web Application
We are looking to hire a Business Analyst for a 6 to 12 month project, mostly onsite at Los Angeles, CA
Rate:35$/hr on c2c.
The focus of the Business Analyst will be to define software functional requirements, define use cases, and write up detailed change request specifications.
Skills Required:
Software Business experience with a solid understanding of QA methodology and prior experience testing features for web-based service applications, preferably in the financial/insurance industry
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering, systems analysis and functional design
Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements
Experience defining test strategy and plans and creation of test workflows
Knowledge of testing lifecycle
Prior knowledge of manual testing tools
Work with the development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases
Work with QA team members, software engineers, and system and database administrators to trouble-shoot in the multiple environments
