If only the educated class are that honest,ethical etc-some of the best leaders of this country and the world border on illiterates-Kamaraj comes to mind immediately.
Common sense,a sense of working for the poor are not the prerogatives of the educated-and has nothing to do with education-humaneness too isnt bec of education.
Why then do we have babudom if not to guide the ministers?the problem is this country is not just the politician but the IAS. We need to bark up that tree first. NRN shouldnt be quoted anywhere as an example-a more self serving man hasn't existed in this country.
