Re: Re: [MTC Global] Politicians need to be trained

British ICS Officers put wonderful services for this Nation. ot only
controlling this country but also discovered many wonderful things buried in the
history. This is because ICS Officers were ater knowledge and good governance.

Barring a few IAS Officers, others are having self-vested interests/ What else
can we expect?

There should be no compromise on this count. In case it is found that the there
are some weaknesses these need to be addressed immediately.
Here again
politicians play an important role.If bureaucrats bend to accommodate the
politicians, they are rewarded. If they do not, then they are harassed and their
careers are damaged. It ultimately boils down to system of governance.
I wonder how much benefit country will get with training of politicians being
discussed. ?Regards,

#yiv8604293215 We are discussing the performance of ministers of the government,
but we have to remember that performance of a minister depends a great deal on
the competence of the bureaucracy working under him and his ability to handle
them.RegardsVirendra Goel From: join_mtc@googlegroups.com

There is no special education and training for politicians. They are supposed to
be selected by the people from their ranks. It implies that the politicians have
to be trained as much and the levels of of Aam Admi. In other words general
education level in the country must improve to the desired extent at all India
level.
In any case foreign trained or graduates in selected fields have not performed
any better in their political stints.. We seem to have reached road block as far
country's governance is concerned.Only solution we seem to have is that we must
work out a system which must have following features:(a) Evolve society which
imposes pressures on individuals to perform in desired fashion.(b) Evolve system
of governance which effectively function at different levels.(c) Our political
system
must be self cleansing and less lucrative.Regards, Satish On Saturday, 21

expertise in a particular field. How many Defence Ministers of India can handle

rewarding to the politicians falling in the third and second line and not for
those who have the reigns in their hands.Training is called in if we know the
weak areas, potential of people and matching training to such needs. For top
leaders it is an abortive attempt for how training can match the vision meant

leaders of any country. Indian History unfolds almost illiterate PM and CM have
outperformed the educated PM/CM. It does not mean that illiterate PM/CM are
preferred. But then we have to the
gaps.Regards.Yours,_____________________________________________________________
