Dear All,
Investment in education is the best investment for the future of a country. 90% UG/PG
admissions are done in private professional self-financed institutes in the country,
generating one of the largest direct and indirect employment market in the country, investing
over Rs 50,000 crore in land, building, lab equipment, library, etc. This is national asset.
Universities generate huge funding from these colleges in the form of yearly approval fees,
examination, re-totaling and revaluation and other fees, etc.
But limited efforts are made to improve quality of education, facilitate smooth and effective
working of these institutes putting them in red tape, cycling them through yearly approval
ritual instead, not motivating them for accreditation, autonomy or permanent affiliation, etc.
Almost 30 years are over introducing private colleges in the country but day by day education
climate is moving from bad to worst.
This has to be arrested on top priority else advantages of largest youth population in the
world will have no meaning except repenting.
Regards.
Yours,
