Prof Kiran, your views are reasonable and justifiable. I am sure we are committing a blunder in the sense instead of setting the things right (Kazan) we are going for a major surgery, a complete U-turn incurring a heavy cost to the nation, within a few years the fatal outcomes will surface. Please see the attachment.


Probably Maharashtra is the only state in India having no technological university, there is no as yet enactment for State universities.This State will face a major set back and a few cities like Pune and Mumbai will eat the major share of the cake creating divide in the State.
