Position 1

Title. Sr. .net Developer

Location: Norwood, MA

Duration: 6-12 month contract

Description:

I need 2 senior .net developers to augment an existing offshore scrum team. One of the developers would be responsible for being a liaison/lead with the offshore developers. They would be responsible for working with our onshore Product Owner, Business, Analyst and Architect during the onshore business day and relaying any information around the design or development needs to the offshore developers to ensure they are fully productive during their business day. The offshore team already has a strong senior developer so this will not be a hand holding situation and the intention is more around capitalizing on additional time with the onshore staff. We do not think that will be a full time role so we expect this individual will have development deliverables as well.

Position 2

Title: Sr. .NET Developer

Duration: 6 months

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Job Responsibilities:

Ø Sr. .NET Developers to work on Custom .NET and Web Based applications to be completed by the end of April 2014.
Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance
Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance and capacity.

Ø Experience working with established legacy applications, learning and understanding the processes and procedures in place, and be able to update and enhance those applications appropriately.
Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

Required skills:
5+ years C#.NET,
3+ years ASP.NET
3+ years ASP/NET MV
3+ years MS SQL

Must be well spoken, strong communicator, and a team player. Looking for someone who will be dedicated to the successful completion of this project.

Nice to have:
Healthcare experience is a plus
