MOI: Telephonic +F2F
• Work with business team members to identify and document business user requirements
• Conduct requirements workshops and business process analysis workshops describing current and future state scenarios
• Critically review and recommend changes to business processes
• Collaborate with Project Quality Manager and business to develop project deliverables such as User Requirements Specifications, Traceability Matrix, Functional Risk Assessment, Performance Qualification (UAT), etc.
• Ensure implemented solutions are according to specifications and fit for purpose
Experience/Professional requirements:
• Minimum of BS degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer or Life Sciences
• Thorough understanding of Business Analysis techniques including Use Case Modeling, Swimlane Process Mapping, stakeholder interviews, workshop and focus group facilitation, impact analysis and feasibility analysis
• General business process knowledge in drug or Diagnostic development. Specific knowledge in the Quality Assurance domain desired
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as EtQ, Paradigm 3, TrackWise, MQ1, etc. is a plus
• Understanding of GxP environments and health authority requirements for system validation.
