My friend, get lost...Ngnie Mboko Man
Where did you read that I ever worked for that your 419 donoworx rubbish? Don't get me wrong, I am very happy that after more than 15 years in America, you've finally seen the importance of having a steady income through a JOB. I am very certain that even your immediate family members will start receiving even as little as $100.00/month Western Union transfers for various Family obligations like: "Cry-Die", School Fees, Hospital bills, Food etc. That is what all "responsible Diasporans" do...and I am sincerely very happy for you.

Your next step will be to kommot 4 dat Home Health Aide Banso mammie yi house and look 4 your own appartment. You can get cheap furniture from "Salvation Army" that will equip your entire house. 2) Look for a young 25-30 year old Bamendrous or Bayangui teetee to be scratching ya back 4 nite when you return from donoworx njogmassi. Finally, if you want that young girl to carry your first ever with any woman "Belle"; you must stop writing on Camnet. This Internet is very addictive and bicos your new wife will be so young, U have to be "knacking" her at least 2 X (at least) for one day for her to belleful and hia better munyong. If you want born pikin wey ih no get nkongolibong head, you must chop one bitter kola + smol kuran tashi mangani mixed with kanda sitick and drink one cup milik B4 U knack mammie. If you jam Bayangui and Bamendrous girls in New Jersey, simply come to DMV area of Washington DC. You will have "l'embaras de choix"...Na popoh lock-mop. This na conseil 4 ancien combattant.

I continue to educate you in life.
Now you know that i don't have a criminal background . Now you know I am well liked even though some of you want the whole world to hate me like you do.

No doubt you were finding fault with the fact that I work at the Mall collecting alms you said and nguni picked on it. Only one with a past failed experience in collecting alms would speak negatively like that.

It is noble to acknowledge failure and encourage others rather than think that your failure should be contagious.

God created us unique. You don't necessarily have the same motivation or drive like others in life. If you tried and failed it does not mean you are a failure or that the initiative should also fail.

Donorworx and world vision are good employers. They pay well and their partnership to help children around the world is noble.

What ever was your experience at donorworx consider it your personal drama. You could not cope with SOAP which means Standards of Acceptable Practice and SEE factor.

If you failed to succeed as a campaign fund raiser then not everybody did. You could not even rise up to become a Team Captain(TC) and not to talk of a Manager also called Campaign Leader(CL).

You don't have to be bitter because we still have very successful team members from all walks of life seeking employment with donorworx. Your personal vendetta against me should not be directed at the company.

Everybody who is holding leadership positions within this organization started as Campaign Fund raisers at the Mall. The founder did same and fund raising to support noble causes is an integral part of north American culture.

There is no community organizer who does not indulge in fund raising. You can call alms collection or whatever. Even President Obama did same as a community organizer .

Your ACCDF calls for alms collections ,so too are all other non for profit initiatives. All Cameroon cultural and students organizations are surviving under alms collections.

The churches you guys attend also are alms collectors. In fact when some of you were sick especially Jacob Nguni you guys organized alms collection to help pay his bill, car loan and mortgage and health insurance.

Therefore why should you think that collecting alms at the Mall Plaza to help little innocent children trapped under poverty and injustice is not worthy ?

You even blasted the fact that an alms collector wants to become President. Everything to you is linked with the prospect of me seeking the Presidency of Cameroon. You over do it. You just don't get it. Listen very well.

I have been a community organizer longer than President Obama was before becoming involved in public service . There was no time that fund raising was not involved because it is part of the job. If you think that it is a stupid job why did you not succeed?

You were probably fired for very poor performance or may be resigned when you could not make it.

I m still there. It is two months now since I was hired and if I disclose my position within the organization you might faint.

Take it easy in life. You cannot write a chapter in my book because I m in charged of my destiny entrusted in my care by God. What ever you think and speak about me does not change me from who God knows.

Congratulations if you have a prestigious job than being an alms collector like me. Sorry I won't give up anytime soon. I enjoy it a lot and I'm wonderful at it for that matter.

You don't see me complaining to you or begging for a room or food from you. May be some of you should not get sick because of me. I fear for you.

Relax and enjoy life if you can't do what I do. There are certain things beyond our control in life.

Thanks

Jonathan Awasom

ProsI am a humanitarian and really got behind the cause they were promoting...getting people to sponsor kids through World Vision. So it's a good feeling when you do find a sponsor. The training is also really good and the Campaign Managers are really nice and highly motivated.

ConsIt's a tough gig and you really need to have the right physique, right personality, right frame of mind for this job. You are basically standing for hours in a mall trying to get and literally beg people to come over and speak to you, and then try to convince them to sponsor a child. It can get quite demotivating, very frustrating and the day can be really long and tiring. It is not really a Job. It is slavery.

Advice to Senior ManagementI worked with this employer for two weeks, and when I resigned (due to extreme stress, insults from Mall shoppers and a new career job offer I landed) I sent my Team Leader and Campaign Manager an email wishing them every success with their campaign. In the less than two months I worked for Donoworx, I had gotten barely two sponsors (two old women) in this time, but neither of them (my team leaders) replied to the email, nor wished me luck for the future nor even thanked me (out of courtesy) for my hard work with Donoworx. Instead I was copied into an email to the team telling them how ungrateful I was to quit. A little more respect/professionalism would have been appreciated.

No, I would not recommend this Donoworx company to a friend or anyone I know.

From an ex-employee.
