Job Title:      IT Service Delivery Manager (SDM)

Location:       RI and NJ
Exp.:              10+ yrs

Start Date:     ASAP

Duration:       12 months

VISA copy required

Local preferred

Description:          

• Previous leader or management experience in the Information Technology field.
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  
•  5+ years of project management experience.
  
• Experience with change management, risk management, and quality assurance methods.
  
• Familiarity with a variety of technologies:  at least two server operating systems,, storage, networking, security, web/application/database software, virtualization, high availability, disaster recovery.  Work experience with at least two technologies preferred.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment with competing stakeholders.
  
• Ability to build strong working relationships with both customer and functional teams.
  
• Experience with cross-functional incident and/or problem management.
  
• Understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies and standards.
  
• Additional educational experience in business administration preferred.
  
• Certification in ITIL, PMBOK, or Lean Six Sigma preferred
