CEO position is not offered because of college label or degree rather assessment of contribution of an individual for organizations is done. within few years majority of students from Indian origin are moving towards developing organizations. once our organizations scale up there operations to multi markets we will see Indian origins in CEO names. Earlier most of businesses were of foreign nations so foreign citizens usually led those. sunder pichai will be leading Google as CEO alumni of IIT Kharagpur heading product division. secondly trans-nationality, although we are talking about but truly transnational organizations are not in existence. changes in approaches will too leads to leaders origin. we are witnessing a different business world today with lot of changes in approaches and orientations. wait, Indian origin will be at leading MNCs soon. Thirdly, we need to shift our demands only from IIMs to all other B- Schools who has equal probability to contribute towards global leadership, once we start rationalizing B-school business orientation.
