5 Skills: 
Network Engineering Skills - Design & configure Cisco network hardware. 
Cisco CCNA, CCDA or better certification. 
Document design and configuration details in an Engineering Work Order, drawings, & other tech documentation. 
Ability to install various models of Cisco hardware (Refresh) or direct on-site support to install. 
Project Management skills - Develop and direct logical implementation cadence for hardware install/refresh. 

3 of these resources also require VoIP skills: 
Knowledge of Cisco VOIP technology. 
Ability to configure VOIP infrastructure( Voice Gateway, Subscriber, Publisher). 
Ability to Coordinate VOIP hardware upgrades/replacement in an Enterprise environment (implementation planning). 
Ability to coordinate between VOIP and Data teams to upgrade/refresh network equipment. 
Project management skills - plan and direct upgrade/refresh activities across project team.
