Education/ Certifications (Required) : Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. Handle the requirements, Analysis and Design. 
2. Provide level of effort 
3. Deliver the code coordinating with offshore teams.
