Job Description ::
Designs and develops new ServiceNow applications and services Assists ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort Provides mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion Advanced System Administration Experience with database design schemas and data modeling Strong requirements gathering experience ScriptingProvide resolution for ServiceNow BAU issues related to existing functionalitiesManages and resolves incidents against ServiceNow applicationsPerforms routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error Identification/remediationManages Update Set creation and migrationSchedules and verifies instance clonesLeads ServiceNow upgrade planning and executionManages Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control ListsContributes to ServiceNow releasesSchedule and participate in status reporting and review meeting.Raise product support or Issue fix related cases and follow up on those till closureApplying patch to the instance in co-ordination with ServiceNow (Vendor)
