An official charged with overseeing Kenya's electronic voting system has been found dead just days before the August 8 presidential election, according to the commission's chairman. The body of Chris Msando, a top information technology manager at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), has been identified at the city morgue, Wafula Chebukati, IEBC chairperson, said on Monday.
