Re: [MTC Global] PhD quality

All these applicants are unemployable or are unaware of opportunities.Ph.D holders are certainly unemloyable indicating their quality of Ph.D.

2.may be a temporary option to achieve longterm goal as it needs minimum brain work.
3.job security as it is a govt job to be in a comfort zone for few applicants who are not able to put more physical efforts required in other jobs.

Credibility is not lost but some sort is motivation is the need of the hour to make young Indians to have a proper vision.

Please dont mind if my reasons are bitter..they are just opinions drawn from my observation and many others too.

These are all genuine degrees from AICTE approved Universities. None from fake Universities. Why such poor condition. Is not credibility is lost. Can you please throw some light.
