If you can find it try Balvenie Portwood Finish 21 yo.  The newer bottlings are not as good as the ones 15 years ago.

I’ll throw mine in here though below Peter’s #1 Balvenie Portwood Finish 21 years old, Lagavulin 16 yo, Springbank 12 yo, Talisker of any age, Macallan 18 yo.  No order for the last four.  There are some cask bottlings that are amazing.  There are also so excellent blends.  I love Johnny Walker Blue.
