RE: [ACEsthetics] The British Open in my backyard

We had a Hooter’s tour event in Douglas.  It is now the Nationwide Tour.  These young men stayed in local homes.  It was great fun following our houseguests and then bringing them home and feeding them.  They were for the most part gracious young men and many went on to greater things.

Subject: [ACEsthetics] The British Open in my backyard

For the 4th year in a row, the IFQ qualifier for USA is being held at Gleneagles Country Club,

which is in my backyard, and a stones throw from my office.

The first thing you notice is all the caddies, etc in line at the Subway across the street at noon!

Anyway, I was able to follow a few golfers during my lunch break, including ACE's own Harrison Frazar.

What a nice guy.  I walked with him on 9, 10, and 11 (birdie, par, par) then I had to get back

to work....

I know its not cool to admit that you take a lunch on this group, but hey, sometimes the Open

comes to your neighborhood!
