Well of course! I mean during treatment period. The rpd is history but I want to have "teeth" during the transitional ortho phase.
Kathleen Carson, DDSSent from my iPhoneKathleenIsn't there a good chance that the RPD won't fit after you move her teeth? Here is your chance to have Natalie come in and place a couple of implants after you straighten her teeth. A unilateral partial would be worse than wearing an eye patch.
Sent from my iPhone--Hi All
I haven't done a case with invisalign where the pt is missing teeth that she wears an rpd for until now. Mand arch, missing #19-21 and she doesn't want to be without teeth during treatment. Suggestions? Do you just fill in those teeth in the trays with temp acrylic so it looks like teeth while she is wearing them? Or will invisalign send trays like that already made?
Thanks,
Kathleen Carson, DDS
