Requirement Details

Role: Cell modems Developer 

Location:  Illinios,

Duration:  6 months extendable.

Rate:- Open

 

•  8-10 years of overall experience
•  3-5 experiences experience developing Cell modems (USB dongle, Mobile Hotspots, Datacards, etc) with Qualcomm MDM chipset
•  Qualcomm MDM chipset (MDM 96xx) development experience in the following areas:
• o   Firmware: GPIO remapping, bootloader changes & RF related changes (band configuration, RX diversity and MIMO), memory management, power management, hw/sw integration, low power sleep mode, Includes QPST flash programmer, panic data, core dump, OS profiling, separate phone and boot image, resolving firmware issues
• o   Power management
• o   NAM/PRL update
• o   OMA-DM
• o   External Codecs integration – with no Qualcomm Audio Configuration Tool (QACT) support
• o   DTMF tone detection on CDMA and LTE
• o   Qualcomm pathes
• o   NAD software upgrade over serial bus
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Degree in Engineering required, Masters in Engineering preferred
