Requirement Details

Role: Lombardi BPM Solution Architect

Work Location: Troy, Michigan

Duration: 12+ months

Rate:- open

 

Activities

-        Assess impact of new process flows prior to implementation

-        Monitor environment, trouble shoot issues and coordinate support

-        Bridge gap between business (process and application) and IT (technical)

-        Coordinate (downtime, new releases, service packs, etc.) and act as referee for various activities that cross functional groups using the tool

-        Performance tune application and/or supporting infrastructure

 

Skills Required

-        Certified level 2 in BPM

-        Experience should at least 2-3 production deployments of Lombardi

-        WAS background/understanding

-        SQL DB skills (for queries and performance tuning)

-        Understanding of IBM support process (can learn on the job)

-        Understanding of integration points (nice to have)
