Sister g ap ka Project kon sa ha plz tell me or ap kaha rehte ho
 ye lyn sis.......... cs609
SOLUTION#1:

 Computer to computer connectivity:

In the computer to computer to computer connectivity through PPI we
uses the parallel port . it is a faster communication.

It is not possible in computer to computer connectivity via PPI to
transfer the whole Byte.
Because 5 pins are attached to the next computer data pins. 5th pin is
for hand shaking.
And vice versa.
4 pins transfer the nibble.
10, 11, 12, 13, 15   pins are used

In the LPT these are alike.

2 -------------- 15
3__________  13
4______________  12
5 ______________ 10
6___________       11

SOLUTION#2:

Represent the following given digital numbers in packed BCD format and
also tell how much memory (Bytes) will be required for its storage.
Give answers by filling the following table with desired information.

S.No.   Given Number    Required memory (Bytes) in ASCII        BCD representation
in Hexadecimal format   Required memory (Bytes) in packed BCD
1.      0x123456 (in Hexadecimal)       37 hex  0x123456        4 byte
2       123456     (in Decimal) 36 hex  0x1E240 3 byte

cs605
Task-1 (Compartmentalization):

Compartmentalize the project in different tasks. Remember that
compartmentalization consists of decomposing the project in different
number of small manageable activities. As we have completed the
requirements, so leave any activity related to requirement elicitation
or analysis; Consider software design and onward phases.

Note: Only provide the names of the activities and sub-activities (up
to manageable level) and leave the inner details (Textual
descriptions).

Solution:
To accomplish compartmentalization, both the product and
process are decomposed.
Many tasks can be assigned to different peoples such that each one
have the specific task to perform in the given case two peoples are
developers where as two people are related to architect & design field
the task can then be associated to these peoples based on their
knowledge. Where the ali is the requirements Engineer whose task is
compete and zulfiqar is the senior software tester who will perform
his task one the first phase of development is complete.

Task-2 (Tasks Allocation):

Assign the activities identified in Task-1 to different team member
(details of team members is given above)

Solution:
Ali is the requirements engineer so his task is to collect
all the requirements from the users, secondly there are five number of
peoples with in a team that are related to their fields and can
perform the tasks related to their work, we can assign them task such
that:

Staff Member    Designation     Task associated to team member
Ali     Requirements Engineer.  collecting requirements and will not
participate in further project activities
Asim    Architect & Designer    Will perform the task of software design and
implementation and will coordinate with his team member
Raza    Architect & Designer    Will provide the over all structure of the
software and the design of the software and will coordinate with his
team member
Ibrahim Developer       Will write the basic code for the product and will
perform the code related issues
Waqas   Developer       This member of the team will also develop the code and
look for any error that can cause in maintainability issues.
Zulfiqar        Senior Software Tester  Will check all the code and design and
will test the over all software to be delivered to the client

Note: You can use the tabular format to assign the tasks to different
team members.

Task-3 (Risk Exposure calculation)

Risk: The available developers may not be sufficient to develop the
application in time and there are 65% chances of hiring some external
developer for 2 weeks (14 days).

Calculate the Risk Exposure (RE) if the cost of the externally hired
developer is $100/ per day

Solution:
To find the risk exposure we have the following formula such that

RE = Probability of the risk x Cost

= 0.65 x $100/day x 14
= 910
Therefore the risk exposure will be 910.
