Skills required | The client is seeking a Oracle Data Integrator developer (or composite developer) with administration skills that has worked in a production environment to develop source to target mappings, pull data from different sources and to handle troubleshooting issues as they arise. The resource will be helping pull data from multiple data sources using ODI and will sort the data into a Enterprise Data Warehouse or Data Mart depending on the reporting needs. The customer focuses more on the data rather than the sleekness of the presentation, they are looking for a strong ODI developer with dimensional modeling experience/understanding to assist with this effort. The data that will be reported is mobile, website and video type data, experience pulling this type of data is ideal. This resource must have worked in a production environment, troubleshooting experience is a must. This person will provide application and infrastructure support with new development.

Skills required | The ideal candidate will have recent demonstrable experience in full cycle implementations of Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules, possess strong functional and technical expertise in EBS R12.x - Oracle Core HRMS, Oracle Payroll, Approval Management Engine (AME) and Web EDI. Additionally the selected candidate will provide guidance , multiple options to transmit files to 3rd party vendors securely, suggest feasible solutions and architect suitable solutions using Shell Scripts and /or Java PL/SQL Stored Procedures. To qualify for this role the resource must have extensive experience in all phases of the project such as requirement gathering, analysis, MAP/GAP analysis, system configuration design and setups, development, customization, extensions using OA Framework, data conversion, interfaces, testing, migration and documentation; as well as a strong background in trouble shooting and managing performance issues.
