Pride goes before a fall, a popular adage goes. There is definitely something in our (Black) DNA that psycho-analysts and other Scientists still have to decipher. Yes, everyone is free to spend their hard earned monies any way they deem necessary...BUT... Four hundred thousand dollars for one months rent? Mamamia...Deux Cent Dix Millions de Francs CFA pour un mois de Loyer? Incroyable mais pourtant vraie. I remember when MC Hammer was at the top of his game, he bought a Private Jet, rented exotic mansions in upscale 5th Avenue New York, Avenue Montaigne in Paris, Monte Carlo in Monaco, Ostozhenka in Mosco, quartier Via Suvretta in Switzerland and even Kensington Garden Palace in London. Today, our man MC Hammer whose musical inspiration has completely evaporated from his cerebellar functions is a complete pauper "Gate Crashing celebrity parties". As nobody pays him any attention at such parties, he introduces himself to whoever wants to listen..."Ehm, Don,t you know me? I am MC Hammer, the Rap Artist" What? MC WHO?...and the guest will simply walk off thinking the guy was just a stalker. That is the unfortunate picture of the successful BLACK. Remember Mike Tyson, Michael Jackson and many other celebrities before them?

The 60-foot heated pool is equipped with an underwater stereo system. It also has a gym, spa, combo basketball, racquetball and squash court, and garage that can store eight cars.
The master bedroom suite is 2,800-square-feet, bigger than most homes. And while the 11-acre property is large enough to accommodate guests, the lot includes a separate two-bedroom apartment.

Jay-Z has been visiting The Hamptons for no less than 10 years. He's attended parties hosted by the likes of Sean "Diddy" Combs and pals, and celeb couple Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow, who own homes in the exclusive section of Long Island, New York.
