Experience

•5+ years Business Analyst experience

•Oracle HCM Suite experience (R12), specifically around Core HR, Self-Service, Absence Management modules, including understanding of underlying data model.

•Solid Communication skills

•Experience with multi-national organizations and currencies (multiple business groups and localizations)

•Experience with OUM (or AIM) methodology, particularly hands-on with AN100 (MD050)/DS140 (MD070)

•HR Reports definition experience, ideally OBIEE knowledge

.Interfaces (Payroll systems, Benefit providers etc) experience
