The southern Cameroons people's organization SCAPO called on Hon: Ayah Paul Abine the Member of Parliament for CPDM for Akwaya constituency as well as the national chairman of people's action party PAP. This was in Buea the 16th July where we briefed him on our activities here (within the national territory) and in Diaspora. This is as concerning the argument that persist between southern Cameroons and La republique du Cameroon in the law courts at home and abroad.
We were quiet full at the gallery the next day the members of southern Cameroons National council SCNC  activists in the Buea court of first instance observing the trail of 136 also members of southern Cameroons National Council including Hon: Ayah who professionally is a chief judge. This case has suffered several adjournments. Again, it was adjourned for the lone reason that there was no panel of magistrate yet to do the trail. The defense counsels attested that they were not yet served with the charges against their clients.
Immediately after this session of the court Hon: Ayah with us (members southern Cameroons national  council )headed to the Buea centeral prison including the SCNC vice chairman Nfor Ngalla Nfor and Barristers Eyong. We visited the eleven PAP youths of Besongabang. It is lengthy a time that they had been in prison custody. After serious torture  they were depressed as  chaffs.
Infect, we had a long day with the national chairman and the member of parliament of Akwaya . So, there were  considerable amount of things being asked from the legal minded expert and several answers were dished to us. Here we go, if it was an offence for anyone to commit celebrating the independent anniversary of one's nation? Ayah reserved his commence for an obvious reason that the matter is pending before the law court. Yet he was categorical once more that if it was only to celebrate an independence anniversary then, beyond any reasonable doubts and by any reasonable tribunal would, without an    iota of doubt throw out the charger.
To be candy, in life strong fillings are strong prayers. And there is nothing above prayers. Therefore let's keep our fingers cross.

My dears chairman I wish to know whether you conceived my last note. This is because I haven't seen your response yet. I believe and know these are general problems to the southern Cameroonians and you know a problem shared with one another of the same background is a problem half solved. It is with vived evidence that since re unification the southern Cameroons problems were quiet ensnared by the La republique. This Clare, in the scence that the two languages had equal status. But today the French language conspicuously dominated the English language. It is the working language, it is the language conspicuously written on bill boards,on the media, in the 95% of the state offices. Infract, I am saying this and ready for any investigations to be carried out across the national territory.
I have participated in so many national direct and indirect frank talks and discussions. Saying all the negative things southern Cameroonians are undergoing for no just good reason. Southern Cameroonians have already waited for a   period considered enough for any nation to do greater things. Constitutions are amended at the will and pace of the head of state to suit his status quo. Where else in the world, a president of nation is given immunity during and after his tenor of office as Mr. Paul Biya who did this, the way he wants in order to favor him. At the same time he advocates for development by the years 2035 on over their dead bodies. Is this possible? where else in  the continent of Africa a 100.000.000.000frs have ever been allocated for fuel and mission allowances. unlike the case for Cameroon for the 2012 state budget in spite of high youth unemployment.
How can it be possible that southern Cameroonians students of technical education exams are being set in the French language then latter on translated into English by teachers of La republique du cameroun. Consequencely, this posses total problems and curses failure to these students. It equally builds a chain of problems when competitive exams are launch, 99%  of those competitors came from La republic du cameroun even in an Anglophon zone. Nobody cares about the minority of southern Cameroonians in the hall. To the best of my knowledge then, secession must be are solution.
