I am looking for a contractor to supplement and drive the HR side of our R12 project. The candidate would be working with the business, somewhat as a liaison to IT. They would need to be well versed in the following:
Oracle EBS:
Core HR
Oracle Performance Management
Compensation Workbench
Oracle Standard Benefits
Equity Plans
Best Practices in the field of HR / Compensation / Benefits
Project methodology
Looking for someone who knows the functional non-system aspects of policy and administration, as well as knows the Oracle EBS side.
R12 experience would be ideal.
