Top 3 Qualifications – If someone is strong with the top 3 below they should be a great fit.

 

·         .NET

·         WCF – Need to be super strong on WCF

·         BIZTALK – Needs exposure to some Biztalk

·         Development using .Net 3.5/4.0, comprehension of advanced concepts and demonstrable skills

·         Solid BIZTALK EXP. as there will be reverse engineering needed to be done on a current app.

·         Visual Studio 2008/2010

·         C#, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax

·         SOA/Web Services Development in an Enterprise environment

·         Good communication, ability to communicate technical details with all audiences

·         Core designing skills & fundamental understanding of SDLC process

·         Experience writing unit tests and TDD
